Bishkek City

Bishkek is supposedly named after the paddle used to churn the fermenting milk. Archaeological confirm that the sites of primitive people were located on the site of present-day Bishkek in the V-IV centuries BC. Caravans of the Great Silk Road also passed from here. In the VII-XII centuries, the site of the Kyrgyz capital was the settlement of Jul. Bishkek is the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. Its political, economic and cultural center. The city located at Chuyi region, at the slopes of the Kyrgyz Range, at about 700-900 meters above sea level, 25 km near to the Kazakh Border. From Bishkek to Almaty takes 250 km, 3 hours of driving. The total territory of the town is 127 km2, the territory with nearby villages and areas is about 200 km2 with total population of about 1,000,000 people. The city is popular with its:- . • Kyrgyz State Historical Museum, located in Ala-Too Square, the main city square. • State Museum of Applied Arts, containing examples of traditional Kyrgyz handicrafts. • Frunze House Museum. • Statue of Ivan Panfilov in the park near the White House. • An equestrian statue of Mikhail Frunze stands in a large park (Boulevard Erkindik) • White House, is a large seven-story marble building . • Osh Bazaar, west of the city centre, is a large, picturesque produce market. • Kyrgyz National Philharmonic, concert hall.

MANAS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Manas International Airport (Kyrgyz: Манас эл аралык аэропорту, Russian: Международный аэропорт Манас) is the main international airport in Kyrgyzstan, located 25 kilometres north-northwest of the capital, Bishkek. • International flights to/from Europe, Asia and the Middle East • Domestic flights to Osh and Batken.

BUS
There are 2 bus stations in Bishkek, plus an important taxi stand. • The Western Bus Station is the main one (Jibek Joly – Kulieva). it has regular long-distance bus and minibus services to all parts of the country, as well as to Almaty and Tashkent. • The Eastern Bus Station (Jibek Joly – Osmonkula) is the terminal for marshrutkas to destinations within or just beyond the eastern suburbs, such as Kant, Tokmok, Kemin, Kegeti, Issyk Ata, or the Korday border crossing.

Kyrgyz International University NRZ , approved by Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, was founded in 2020 with the goal of cultivating talented national and international professionals. It is located in Bishkek City, Kyrgyz Republic. As a comprehensive university with 7 Institutes, 1 Department and 1 Affiliated Hospital, Kyrgyz International University NRZ is offering 12 Bachelor and 3 short term languages programs, covering full-fledged Six academic disciplines: Engineering, Science, Medicine, Information Technology, Social Science and Management. With the motto of “Self-discipline and Social Commitment” and the spirit of “Pursue Excellence; Strive for Perfection.”, Kyrgyz International University NRZ is dedicated to the well-being of Kyrgyz society and to world development.

Kyrgyz International University NRZ or KIU-NRZ, approved by Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, It is a key comprehensive university with a broad variety of disciplines, strong academic strength and distinctive characteristics, which has had a great influence both at home and abroad. University is located in Bishkek city, a famous historical capital city of Kyrgyz Republic. Kyrgyz International University NRZ's campuses are in the cities of Bishkek and Tokmok and they cover a combined area of over 28800-meter square.The university campuses, with their favorable environment and beautiful landscape, make a wonderful place for learning and research. The university currently has one Affiliated Hospital. Kyrgyz International University NRZ is a comprehensive university in Kyrgyzstan with full-fledged academic disciplines. There are at present Six academic disciplines: Engineering, Science, Medicine, Information Technology , Social Science and Management.. It consists of 7 Institutes and 1 Department. Altogether, the university is offering 12 Bachelor and 3 short term languages programs. Kyrgyz International University NRZ occupies two campuses with total area of 28800-meter square.
Bishkek Campus
Its main campus located on Bishkek-Osh highway in Novapavlovka, covering an area 6000-meter square.
Tokmok Campus
KIU-NRZ Tokmok campus is located in Tokmok city, 60 km from Bishkek (Capital of Kyrgyz Republic).Having an area of 22800-meter square, campus is located in center of Tokmok city. Campus is surrounded by beautiful trees.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Applicants shall meet the requirements stipulated in the E-Visa Document issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic . Applicants shall be physically and mentally healthy and willing to abide by the laws and regulations of Kyrgy Republic and the regulations of Kyrgyz International University NRZ.
2. Applicants shall be between 18 and 25 years of age. Applicants under the age of 18 shallsubmit a guarantee letter from their guardians in Kyrgyzstan when applying.

a) Copy of the passport (be valid at least one year).
b) High school (HSC & HSSC) certificates & transcripts (in Russian or English)
c) Candidates who have prior learning experiences in Kyrgy Republic should provide evidence of their academic performance from their previous Institution.
d) An application fee of US$100 (Bank Account Details) shall be paid at time of application (non-refundable).
3. Interview & Examination
Applicants who pass the application documentation review will proceed to the interview and entrance exam stage. The time and mode of the interview and exam will be advised via email. Outstanding applicants recognized by University will be exempted from the interview.
